GC, Friday June 19th
Early in the morning we left on the campus of the Forest of Dean, a delocalized site of Gloucestershire College, to perform the opening of the British sundial on which are affixed memorial plaques of all European partners. By late morning, we first went discover the Dean Heritage Centre that preserves the social and industrial history of the area and its inhabitants, and then from a promontory admire the Wye Valley recognized as a site of outstanding natural beauty.

After the lunch break on the campus of Dean, we finished the work on the final report then we went back to Cheltenham by making a unexpected detour.
A short visit to the city center, under the sun after 5pm, was an obvious idea to end the afternoon.
