CT Danubiana, Wednesday October 8th
The day started with a big reception at the Roman town hall where the Mayor recived us with great pomp and courtesy in the large town council room. Then we came back to the school where two Romanian experts presented us the environmental issues in the Neamț County. The 1st expert talked about pollution, local pollutants and treatments; the 2nd one about the preservation of fauna and flora. The morning of work ended with the students of each delegation presenting an environmental issue about air, water and soils in their city.
After a traditional Romanian meal offered by the high school and the students' parents, the teachers met one more time to assess the meeting, finalize and plan the next meeting. At about 4pm, a nice surprise came, then the students and the teachers gathered and happily made the award of Certificates.
